What is Liberica Coffee?

Liberica coffee (Coffea liberica) is one of the world's rarest and most distinctive coffee species - making up only 1.5% of global coffee production. Unlike the more common Arabica and Robusta beans, Liberica thrives in lowland tropical climates, producing larger, asymmetrical beans with a bold character.

In the cup, Liberica offers a complex flavor profile, featuring a rich, smoky aroma layered with floral and fruity notes. Its full-bodied texture carries woody and nutty undertones, balanced by deep notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and even exotic jackfruit and spice.
